Mr. Tran Luu Quang, Head of the Central Committee for Policy and Strategy, and leaders of Lao Cai province visited and presented gifts to individuals with meritorious services in Quy Mong commune
LCP - On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 21, Mr. Tran Luu Quang, Member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat and Head of the Central Committee for Policy and Strategy, together with Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families and individuals with meritorious services to the revolution in Quy Mong commune.

In a warm and heartfelt atmosphere, the delegation visited and presented gifts to five exemplary families, including: Heroic Vietnamese Mother Ha Thi Hao (Kien Lao hamlet), 93 years old, whose son, martyr Hoang Van Muon, sacrificed his life during the resistance war against the United States; Mrs. Vu Thi Thu (Tan Thinh hamlet), wife of martyr Bui Van Cam; Mr. Bui Quang Chau (Tan Thinh hamlet), a war invalid with a disability rate of 41% - 50%; Mr. Le Minh Hao (Thang Loi hamlet), a resistance veteran affected by toxic chemicals (with a disability rate of 40% - 60%); and Mr. Bui Van Nham (Hanh Phuc hamlet), a seriously wounded war veteran with 81% bodily injury.

Speaking during the visit, Mr. Tran Luu Quang expressed his deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions made by wounded and sick soldiers, martyr families, and individuals with meritorious services to the revolution. He emphasized: “Caring for and showing gratitude to those who rendered services to the nation is both a moral duty and the responsibility of the entire political system. We must continue to enhance efforts to honor and care for those who sacrificed for the country’s independence and freedom, ensuring that they are always cared for and appreciated by society.”

Mr. Tran Luu Quang also expressed his hope that the Heroic Vietnamese Mother and policy beneficiary families would maintain their health and continue to uphold their revolutionary traditions, inspiring younger generations to develop the local economy and contribute to building an increasingly prosperous, civilized, and beautiful homeland.
