The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Huy Tuan and the delegation visited Heroic Vietnamese Mother Ly Seo Say

Mr. Tran Huy Tuan and the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Heroic Vietnamese Mother Ly Seo Say, born in 1948, currently residing in Group 7. Mother Ly Seo Say’s husband and eldest son were both martyrs. In 2016, she was awarded the honorary title of “Heroic Vietnamese Mother”. She is now living with her youngest son. Her family has always set a good example in strictly observing the Party’s guidelines and the State’s laws and policies.

Following this, the delegation visited the family of Mr. Tran Quoc Binh, a veteran affected by toxic chemicals during the resistance war, with a disability rate ranging from 41% to 60%. He is currently receiving a monthly allowance in accordance with State policy.

Mr. Tran Quoc Binh once fought in many fierce battlefields such as Tuy Hoa, Đong Du - Củ Chi, Đak Lak, under Division 320A, Corps 3, Tay Nguyen Army Corps. Returning to civilian life, he and his family have continuously strived to overcome difficulties and actively participated in local movements and activities.

The delegation also visited the family of Mr. Hoang Van Phien, born in 1951, a first-class wounded soldier (Category 1/4) with 81% bodily injury. He joined the army in 1970 and was wounded while fighting on the southern battlefields. To this day, Mr. Phien remains a shining example in daily life, always exemplary in complying with the Party’s guidelines and State policies. His family has been recognized for many consecutive years as a "Cultural Family."

At the families visited, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan kindly inquired about the health and living conditions of the families and expressed his deep gratitude for the tremendous contributions and sacrifices made by policy beneficiary families and individuals with meritorious services to the revolution. He expressed his hope that these families would continue to uphold their revolutionary traditions, serving as a spiritual pillar and a shining example for younger generations to follow.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented gifts and offered words of encouragement to veteran Hoàng Văn Phiến.

Mr. Tran Huy Tuan also expressed his hope that policy beneficiary families and individuals with meritorious services would continue to accompany Party committees and local authorities, promoting their pioneering and exemplary roles in implementing key policies, especially in the ongoing efforts to streamline and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative apparatus following the merger of administrative units.

He also requested that the Party committee and authorities of Cam Duong ward continue to pay close attention to fully and promptly implementing policies for individuals with meritorious services to the revolution. He emphasized the importance of regular visits, encouragement, and care for both the material and spiritual well-being of policy beneficiary families, ensuring that no one is left behind.
