At the Central Martyrs’ Cemetery of the province, the delegation laid a wreath bearing the words: “The Party Committee - People’s Council - People’s Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai Province respectfully pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people”.

On the occasion of the 78th Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day in 2025, Lao Cai province has carried out various meaningful gratitude activities.
