Lao Cai provincial delegation commences working visit to Chongqing, China
LCP - On January 12, 2026, a working delegation of Lao Cai province, led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Sinh, Vice Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People’s Committee, departed through the Lao Cai International Border Gate to begin a working visit to Chongqing City, China.
The Lao Cai provincial working delegation is headed by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Sinh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.
The working visit takes place over four days, from January 12 to January 15, 2026. During the trip, the delegation will visit several industrial parks and hold working sessions with a number of enterprises in Chongqing, China.
The delegation was welcomed at the border gate by the Deputy Head of Hekou County
During the visit, the Lao Cai provincial delegation will conduct field surveys at fresh seafood trading markets in Sanya Bay, visit industrial parks, Chongqing Guilai Fruit Co., Ltd., and hold working sessions with Tongshen Group, among others.
Through this working visit, the two sides aim to further strengthen the friendly cooperative relationship between Lao Cai Province and Chongqing City, as well as between enterprises of both sides, and enhance coordination in areas of mutual interest.
