Accompanying the delegation are Mr. Vu Quynh Khanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Duong Duc Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda, Education and Mass Mobilization; together with representatives of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and leaders of relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities.

Leaders of Hekou County, Yunnan province, presented flowers in welcome and received the Lao Cai provincial delegation on their study visit and exchange of experience in Yunnan province.

On behalf of Hekou County, Yunnan Province, Mr. Zhang Enqi, Deputy Secretary of the Hekou County Party Committee, was present to receive the delegation and extended a warm welcome, together with best wishes for a successful working visit.

On the Lao Cai side, Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Binh, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council, along with leaders of several provincial agencies and units, were present to see off the delegation.

According to the approved programme, from 16 to 21 April, the delegation of Lao Cai province will conduct study visits and exchange experience in a number of localities within Yunnan province. During the visit, leaders of Yunnan province are expected to hold courtesy meetings with the delegation.
