Overview of the sponsorship presentation ceremony

The event was attended by Mr. Duong Quoc Huy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Hoang Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; along with members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Representing the company was Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang, General Director of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company.

Seo Di Ho Primary Semi-Boarding School serves students in the highland area of Lao Chai commune, where facilities remain limited. Following field surveys and coordination with local authorities, BSR recognized the urgent need to invest in a dining hall and provide additional equipment to support students’ daily living and learning conditions.

Accordingly, the company decided to sponsor VND 5 billion to implement the dining hall project and purchase equipment for the school. This support is expected to improve living and learning conditions for both students and teachers, motivate students to stay in school, nurture their dreams, and encourage them to strive for a better future.

Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company presented a symbolic sponsorship of VND 5 billion to Seo Di Ho Primary Semi-Boarding School in Lao Chai commune

BSR is a member of the Vietnam National Industry–Energy Group and currently manages and operates the Dung Quat Oil Refinery, a key national project in the energy and petrochemical sector.

In addition to its production and business activities, ensuring energy security and national defense, the company places strong emphasis on social welfare initiatives, considering them both a responsibility and a core element of its corporate culture.

Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang, General Director of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company.

On behalf of the provincial leadership, Mr. Duong Quoc Huy expressed appreciation for BSR’s support and partnership with the locality. He emphasized that the funding is meaningful and practical, contributing to improving the quality of education in highland areas and enhancing living and learning conditions for semi-boarding students.

He also urged local authorities and the school to use the funding effectively and complete the project soon to meet the expectations of students and local residents.
